Metronet circuits are the only circuits delivered end to end by a single provider. There are no third parties involved. As a result way-leave and inflated post-survey installation costs are eradicated with Metronet.

Aggressive marketing campaigns by members of the traditional ISP community are currently confusing the market by hinting at lower costs. However, once a customer order is placed, the “pre survey” cost is rarely made available and the customer is asked to cover additional costs.

As a result, Metronet feel that our policy of publishing pricing information can be misleading in the current environment. Talk to us and we can provide you with an instant and accurate quote which will NOT change once Metronet has carried out a site survey.

Notes

1. All services are installed using a bearer that is twice the capacity of the bandwidth ordered. For example, if you order a 5 Mbps connection, Metronet will install a pipe with a minimum of 10 Mbps capacity. This makes any upgrade a simple and speedy process.

2. Payment terms are monthly in advance.
