Co-managed on-site

For IT and Network Managers who want to retain control over security, this service comprises an on-site firewall with dual management responsibility.

Working in partnership with Metronet Consultants, you retain management control while taking advantage of Metronet’s 24 hour management service that provides cover for:

  • Holidays and sick leave.
  • Day-to-day distractions.
  • Specific systems expertise.

With an extensive range of spare parts in-house, you can be confident that in the unlikely event of hardware failure, Metronet has the resources to guarantee next working day replacements. This said Metronet endeavours to replace systems inside four hours.
